How much does it cost a month for space rental?
Current lot rental is approximately $420 to $500.

Why isn't the rent the same for all the lots?
Rent is based on the size and location of the lots. Our single-wide lots are 39' by 80' and our double-wide lots are 49' by 80'. Also, the location of the lot in relation to the clubhouse is factored into the rent.

What other expenses will I pay besides the lot rental?
There are no separate community association fees. You do pay your own utilities.

May I have a pet?
Yes, you may have a house pet, dog or cat, with a maximum of two pets. Permission by Management is required, and there is a Pet Rules and Regulations agreement you must enter into that outlines all the applicable rules. Currently, there is a monthly pet charge of $1.50 per pet.

How far is it to the nearest grocery stores, etc.?
There are several grocery stores within a three mile radius of the park. In addition Lowe’s, Office Depot, Target, and Walgreens are within one mile of the park. Walmart is approximately three miles.

Are any restaurants close by?
Cracker Barrel, Denny’s, Chili’s, Starbucks, Subway. Many more restaurants are within a short driving distance.

What kind of security do you offer?
We have greeters at our entrance that record the visitors that come into the park. These greeters are on duty 5pm - 5am, Mon - Fri and 9pm - 5am, Sat & Sun. When greeters are not on duty cameras record visitors to the park.

How close are the hospitals and doctor's offices?
All within a short driving distance (1 mile). We also have two health complexes within blocks.
